Who we’re looking for: We are recruiting an Art Director to join the Murph team in Madrid. A senior profile with 8–10 years of experience, comfortable leading teams and taking creative ownership of the brands we work with.

Responsabilities:

  • Sketching and brainstorming for creative projects.

  • Proposing and creating mood boards.

  • Organizing and managing department resources.

  • Leading brainstorming and creative proposal sessions.

  • Presenting ideas, pitches, and creative proposals to clients and suppliers.

  • Assisting the creative director on set.

  • Executing graphic design, video, and web design tasks and providing feedback.

  • Proposing layouts, art direction, and spatial design.

  • Preparing for and attending weekly management meetings.

  • Team management: human resources, weekly one-on-ones, improvement plans, etc.

  • Maintaining and improving the project design system.

Required Experience

  • +8years of experience in creative direction, design and art direction ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
  • Experience managing teams of 5 or 6 designers/art directors & external collaborators.
  • Deep cultural awareness and passion for fashion, beauty, and digital trends.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to engage directly with clients.
  • Native-level Spanish and C2 English.
  • Business & Finantial P&L understanding + Budget experience is a plus.
